Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how FiBase Inc., doing business as Litefirm ("Litefirm," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our website (the "Site") and the free Exit Preparation Diagnostic (the "Diagnostic").

This Policy does not govern a paid implementation engagement. If you enter into a paid engagement with us, the confidentiality and data-handling terms of that separate written agreement will govern the additional information exchanged during that engagement.

1. Information We Collect

  • Contact information you provide: name, email address, phone number, business name, and website URL.

  • Business information you provide through the intake form or an intake call: revenue range, industry, sale timeline, ownership structure, the roles of owners and key personnel who would exit at sale, recurring tasks and time allocation, software and systems in use, customer concentration, and related information relevant to the Diagnostic.

  • Eligibility screening responses.

  • Communications with us, including emails, call notes, and scheduling details.

  • Website usage information collected automatically (see Section 5)

2. How We Use Information

  • To evaluate eligibility for the Diagnostic.

  • To prepare and deliver your Diagnostic report, including your Business Independence Score, Transition Risk Grade, Ranked Task Backlog, and Owner Responsibility Statement.

  • To schedule and conduct intake and follow-up calls.

  • To communicate with you about the Diagnostic and, if you choose to proceed, a potential paid engagement.

  • To operate, maintain, and improve the Site and our services.

  • To measure the performance of our advertising, as described in Section 5.

We do not use the business information you submit to market unrelated products or services to you, and we do not sell your information to third parties.

3. Confidentiality of Business Information

We understand that the information you share to receive a Diagnostic may be commercially sensitive. We treat it as confidential and limit access to personnel directly involved in preparing your report. We do not share your business information with prospective acquirers, brokers, or other third parties without your consent. Engagement with acquirers, such as the Acquirer Feedback Review, occurs only as part of a paid engagement and only under the terms of that separate written agreement.

4. Service Providers

We use third-party providers to operate the Diagnostic and the Site, including form hosting (Cognito Forms), scheduling (Cal.com and Google Workspace), video conferencing (Google Meet), workflow automation (Make.com), and internal task management (ClickUp). These providers process information on our behalf and are authorized to use it only to provide services to us, not for their own independent purposes.

5. Cookies and Analytics

The Site may use cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads conversion tracking, to understand how visitors use the Site and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect some Site functionality.

6. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information:

  • With the service providers described in Section 4, solely to operate our services.

  • With Synergy Business Brokers or an affiliated brokerage only if and when you engage them for a brokerage transaction, and only with your knowledge.

  • If required by law, subpoena, or other legal process.

  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of Litefirm's business assets, subject to confidentiality obligations.

7. Data Retention

We retain information collected through the Diagnostic for as long as reasonably necessary to deliver your report, respond to related inquiries, and support a potential future engagement, or until you request deletion. You may request deletion at any time using the contact information in Section 10.

8. Your Choices and Rights

You may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to certain uses, by contacting us at ashish@litefirm.com. Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy law. We will respond to verified requests in accordance with applicable law.

9. Children's Privacy

The Site and the Diagnostic are intended for business owners and are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Contact

Questions about this Privacy Policy, or requests regarding your information, can be directed to ashish@litefirm.com.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
